We offer a large variety of support services to self-managed and plan managed clients including but not limited to.
Assist Life Stage Transition
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) offers a wide range of support to assist life stage transitions. The idea is to make this transition phase as smooth as possible without disrupting the comfort of the person. Disability support agencies offer short-term and long-term support options and life transition planning services depending on the needs of the customer.
Assist Personal Activities
These activities include daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and eating. Assistance with personal activities also covers instrumental activities of daily living such as meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
Assist Travel Transport
Accessing travel/transport services is a simple process for NDIS participants. They can request this service through their NDIS plan by discussing their transportation needs with their support coordinator or NDIS planner. Alternatively, they can find registered providers offering this service through the NDIS provider portal or by contacting the NDIS contact centre.
Shared Living
For people living in a shared living space, managing daily tasks can be a hassle. PWD Care is an authorized NDIS support provider with a team of dedicated support staff who can provide assistance with daily tasks and shared living.
To encourage independent living among participants, Our staff can also supervise the tasks performed by the participants and assist them or train them to do some of the basic tasks on their own. Our aim is to ensure that participants can manage their daily tasks around their home, on their own and with minimal assistance.

Development Life Skills
Development of Daily Living and Life Skills is a service that encourages personal development, enhances independence and increases opportunities to participate in the community. Individuals can work on learning to use public transport, developing skills for community, and normal day-to-day living activities.
Household Tasks
As part of your NDIS package Domestic Assistance and Linen - offers assistance with domestic chores, including assistance with cleaning, dishwashing, clothes washing, fresh linen and ironing, in order to maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment for our clients.
Participate Community
People with a disability usually find it difficult to interact and engage in activities in a social setting. At Accessibility, we understand how much community participation can change a person’s well-being and we constantly work towards establishing an environment that engages people and encourages them to interact more freely.
